Thank you for your purchase at Roar Couture! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Should you still wish to return an item, please read our return policy below.

Right of withdrawal

According to Danish law, you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing online. At Roar Couture we offer an extended return period of 30 days from the day you receive your order. This gives you extra time to evaluate your purchase.

Conditions for returns

• Condition: The item must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging and with all tags intact.

• Return Process: Please contact us at info@roarcouture.com to request a return. Please include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the product (if damaged)

  • Your full name and address

Please note that our warehouse is located outside the EU. Unfortunately, returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return freight

The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking so that you can follow your return. Please note that returns to a warehouse outside the EU may incur additional costs.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund via the original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days.
