Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Before returning a product, please contact our customer service at retour@borcelle.nl within 30 days of receipt. It is important to register your return - unannounced returns will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping and risk are borne by you as the customer.

What size should I choose?
Our clothing is based on standard measurements and most products have a specific size guide. For a more relaxed fit, we recommend choosing one size larger .
Our shoes and loafers are true to size. Check the foot length in CM/INCH for each product - the measurements are 100% accurate.
